Our Computer Information Systems (CIS) offerings provide you with the knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in the exciting, rapidly expanding field of information systems.
Emphasis in this program is placed on hands-on education both in and out of the classroom. Classes, internships, and cooperative education experiences feature opportunities to work with businesses and organizations in surrounding communities as you learn your role as an information systems professional.
We offer a Bachelor of Science degree, an Associate of Applied Science degree and a minor in Computer Information Systems.
Graduates of our Computer Information Systems programs have gone on to careers as applications programmers, telecommunications analysts, database administrators, computer support consultants, information systems analysts, designers, managers, and specialists both in-state and outside of Montana. Some of our graduates have also chosen to pursue advanced degrees in the information systems field.
