906 No Smoking - Montana Clean Indoor Air Act

Policy:
The following policies are adopted to ensure compliance with statutory policy:
- All building entrances shall have a sign identifying them as non-smoking building as related to the Montana Clean Air Act.
- Smoking in residence hall common areas, individual residence hall rooms, resident apartments and faculty houses is a violation of policy and contract and will be considered a disciplinary issue.
