Please read the policies and procedures page before requesting equipment. There is no charge for equipment used for catalog-listed courses or for activities which receive general fund support as part of the university's instructional mission. Equipment used for other university-related purposes can be rented for a nominal charge. Deliveries, equipment setups and projectionist services are subject to charges. Equipment may be requested for delivery to any location on campus and is free of charge unless a student operator is required. The only exception is that laptops and video cameras must be picked up and signed for at our office for security reasons. MRC requests advance notice of 24 hours for equipment deliveries and has a policy of not accepting telephone orders. To make an equipment reservation, stop by the office and make your request, call x3702 or email its-media.
