Logging on to CallPilot from Your Own Telephone

  2. Press #. (Voice mail will assume your extension number is the same as your mailbox number) "Password?"

You are now logged on. CallPilot plays a summary of new, urgent and unsent messages. For example: "You have two new voice messages. One old message is still unsent."

After the summary, CallPilot describes the first new message, giving the following information:

  • the status of the message
  • who the message was from
  • whether the message is urgent or private or whether acknowledgment has been requested
  • the date and time it was received

For example: "Message five, new, from John Smith, urgent, received Thursday at 2:35 p.m."

To log off, press 83. It is recommended you use the log off command to disconnect from the system more quickly than just hanging up the receiver.
