Continuing MSUN Student Scholarships: Agriculture
Name: Ag Committee of the Havre Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship
Criteria: Recipient must be enrolled in an Agribusiness/Agriculture related major. GPA must
be 2.8 or higher.
Name: Danley-Welch Endowed Agriculture Scholarship
Criteria: Recipient must be MSUN students with declared majors of agriculture operations technology
and/or agricultural technology. Preference will be given to students who exhibit excellence
in academics, and those active in the PAS club or the Collegiate Stockgrowers Club.
Name: Edgar Morse Scholarship
Criteria: Awarded to a student enrolled in agriculture who is a sophomore or above with at least
a 3.0 GPA.
Name: Eugene W. Bergstrom Scholarship
Criteria: Awarded to a full-time student majoring in agriculture, with a GPA of 2.5.
Name: Frank and Bettie Barber Scholarship
Criteria: Awarded to a Montana High School graduate enrolled in Agriculture. Selection is based
on financial need.
Name: Giles Gregoire Endowed Scholarship
Criteria: Awarded to full time students studying agricultural operations or agricultural operation
technology, of good character and display financial need. Preference to be given to
students from Montana.
Name: Jerry Donoven Memorial Scholarship
Criteria: Awarded to a MT resident from the Hi-Line enrolled in Ag Operations Tech or Ag Mechanics
with a GPA of 2.5.
Name: Lloyd and Audrey Kaercher Presidential Scholarship
Criteria: Recipient must demonstrate high scholastic achievement and be a Montana resident from
the Hill County or Hi-Line area, enrolled in an agriculture related major.
Name: Mary D. Pleskac Ag Scholarship
Criteria: Recipient must be enrolled in the Ag program.
Name: Ray Patrick Scholarship
Criteria: Awarded to an Agriculture student with a 2.5 or better GPA, who is at least a sophomore.
Preference given to students from Hill county, and have been actively involved in
the family farm or ranch, or have worked in the ag area.
Name: Steve Vandeberg Memorial Scholarship
Criteria: Recipient shall be enrolled in the 2 or 4 year Agricultural Technology program, be
an Eastern Montana resident, and have a GPA above 3.25.
