Sweetgrass Society 

Sweetgrass Mission

The Sweetgrass Society is a student-led organization. Membership is open to all Native American and Non-Native students. Our organization seeks to promote an understanding of Native American culture, traditions, and values through mentoring, support, and celebration. While striving to foster members, the campus, and community, in order to correctly represent Native Americans, the Sweetgrass Society works hard to coordinate an annual powwow, cultural events, activities, and fundraising at MSU-Northern.
